Class Descriptions

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

This class is a strong breath-based moving flow yoga practice. 

 

You will develop body awareness, create strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and quiet the mind. 

 

Variations are always available! Some experience is recommended but not required.

Yoga Class
Gentle Hatha Yoga

This style of yoga is a good mix of a slow warm-up to establish a solid breathing base for your gentle hatha practice, some vinyasa flow elements might be introduced.

 

Gentle Yoga will include a low degree of strength building and flexibility development. 

 

Suited for all levels from beginners to advanced.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga will take you to a new level of healing and relaxation. 


You will be guided through a well balanced physical connective tissue stimulation while diving into a deeper state of meditation. 


The poses are primarily in a seated or lying down position and are held between 3-5 min. 

Suited for everyone.
